What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Because items are made to order, we can not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item has arrived damaged or there is an issue with your order, please get in touch and we will review this with our production partner and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
However, please ensure you do contact us within 14 days of delivery with any photos of any damage or issue.
