Refund policy

At Fauna Atelier, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch and I'll be happy to help. 

Returns & Cancellations:

For customers in the UK, you may have the right to cancel an online purchase and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with UK consumer law. This includes an exception for certain personalised or custom-made products.

If you wish to cancel or return, please contact me within the applicable cancellation period. Items must be returned in their original condition and securely packaged. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

International Orders:

Fauna Atelier ships to customers in the UK and the US. Customers outside the UK may have different consumer rights depending on their country or state of residence. Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any rights you may have under applicable local consumer law.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with a description of the issue and photographs were possible. I will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, including reasonable return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items. 

Print on Demands:

Products at Fauna Atelier are made to order specifically for you. If you simply change your mind, the item may still be eligible for cancellation/ return where required by UK consumer law, but personalised or customised items may be excluded from the usual cancellation rights. Because of the nature of the business, we do not accept returns simply because a customer has simply changed their mind.

Refunds:

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds will normally be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving evidence that the item has been returned.
