What is the returns policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Because items are made to order, we can not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item has arrived damaged or there is an issue with your order, please get in touch and we'll make it right.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do colours look exactly the same in person?
We do our best to display colours accurately, but slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings.

Each Fauna Atelier piece is made to order to reduce waste. Because of this, some items may be produced in different locations and arrive separately if ordering multiple products.

Will my items arrive together?
Some multi-item orders may arrive in separate parcels depending on the products ordered. This is because certain items are fulfilled separately to ensure the best quality.
How long does delivery take?
Each item is made to order, processing and delivery times may vary slightly. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout in your order confirmation.
